Q: Do I get a discount on shipping if I place a wholesale order?
A: If your order is over $200 you get 30% off of shipping unless otherwise noted. This will be calculated after your order is placed and refunded back to you once the shipping route is determined.
Q: How long will my wholesale order take to ship?
A: Once your order is placed and paid in full, your cakes will ship out within 2 weeks (7-10 business days) of payment. If I have the cakes on hand, they will be shipped out within 3 business days. If you require rush delivery, an additional charge for shipping will be added. You are required to put the rush delivery instructions in the "comments" section of your order.
Q: How are the cakes shipped?
A: For an order of 2 or more cakes, they will be shipped via UPS Ground. Two or less will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. I do not ship internationally.
